Site visit

We will arrange a site visit for an inspection of the property and provide an honest market appraisal.

Marketing your property

We will advertise your property on our website dedicated property portals including Rightmove, EG Propertylink, social media and e-newsletters.

Tenant screening

  • Robust screening process to assess tenant suitability for site
  • Providing verified tenant enquiries
  • Arranging viewing appointment between landlord and tenant
  • Negotiating the lease and express terms for any potential agreement

Lease documentation

We can provide a lease agreement if required, and will handle the process from agreement of terms through to signing of documents using e-signature or by post.

Our fees

Once your tenant has moved in and paid their deposit and first month’s rent we would only then send over our fee invoice for the equivalent of one month’s rent plus VAT (based on a 12 month term).
