Lease documentation

We can provide a lease agreement if required, and will handle the process from agreement of terms through to signing of documents using e-signature or by post.

Our fees

Once your tenant has moved in and paid their deposit and first month’s rent we would only then send over our fee invoice for the equivalent of one month’s rent plus VAT (based on a 12 month term).
