A native of Cornwall, Simon qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2017 and joined Howie Kent’s renewable energy team in 2023, primarily focussing on identifying strategic land opportunities for renewable clientele. Simon’s career in Land Agency to date has involved extensive and varied experience in compulsory purchase & statutory compensation, acting on behalf of many commercial, residential and rural landowners and occupiers affected by acquiring authorities. Simon now brings that experience to assist developer clients undertaking NSIP schemes.
Settled now in Stone, Staffordshire, Simon continues to pursue the Cornish idyll through rural pursuits, particularly hill walking and wild swimming. His attempts at homebrewing have ensured his family has vinegar supplies for years to come. Any further free time is primarily spent wiping his toddler’s nose.
