James’ main role at Howie, Kent and Co is identifying strategic land opportunities both in the renewable and non renewable energy sectors. James is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, providing sound and professional property advise to both private and public sector clients throughout the UK.
James brings a wealth of contacts as well as experience on a range of property matters, specialising in planning and development matters, land sales and acquisitions, valuation, estate management, landlord and tenant matters.
Away from the office, James’s passions are; good company, any kind of field sports and The Northampton Saints Rugby Club (when they are winning).
