Christmas Greetings

We would like to take the opportunity to wish you a very merry Christmas and best wishes for 2025.

Reflecting on the last 12 months, we have been grateful for the support of our clients and followers as we  strive to create opportunities for our clients on both the professional and commercial side of our business.

Over in our commercial property team, Jon and Sarah have seen some fantastic rural units come to the market, and from our established base in Essex we have branched in to Cambridgeshire, Suffolk,  Northamptonshire and up into the Midlands.  We have enjoyed working closely with clients over the last year, solving problems and thinking outside the box to get units let in a challenging market.

Our land agency team have had an incredibly busy year, with many renewable energy projects coming out of the ground. Looking forward to 2025, which we think will be an interesting year as we tackle the new grid reforms and how this will affect project development.
