Are you looking for a new commercial premises? Does the idea of renting on a farm or in a rural location appeal to you?

At any one time we can have 80 commercial properties listed on our website ranging from warehouses, storage units, hardstanding yards and offices. These are predominantly in rural areas but many have great access to major motorways, ports and inwards into London.

A large proportion of our available units are located in Essex, Suffolk, Cambridge and across the UK. We also hold a number of off-market properties, and have many contacts in the sector if there is a particular building or yard required that you don’t see on our listings page. We have a long and successful track record working with rural landlords and commercial tenants across the country, and would be delighted to discuss any requirements you may have.

We will ask for details on your proposed use, and we will take details such as:

  • Services required
  • Vehicular movements
  • Preferred location
  • Budget
  • Company details: Trading name, Website/Socials

We will collate all your information and send over to the landlord

Some of our properties have restrictions on site, so obtaining as much information on your initial enquiry is important for us to progress your enquiry effectively.

Viewings are arranged directly with the landlord

If the property is not suitable for your use, we can go back to our database to source any alternative options. We will keep your enquiry on our database for as long as you want us to search for you.

If instructed, we will provide lease documentation.

We will follow up for feedback of the viewing from both parties and if both parties are happy to progress, we can assist with negotiations or this can be handled directly between the landlord and tenant. This is normally at the landlords discretion. This is a in-house pro-forma lease without using solicitors and incurs no cost to the tenant.
