We handle the development process for a wide range of energy projects including solar, wind, battery energy storage systems, voltage management and specialist long duration storage systems. We have a diverse team with many of our colleagues from farming and rural backgrounds.

This means we can have relatable conversations with farmers and landowners. We understand how renewable energy can fit in and add value to wider farming operations as a diversification. We have an understanding of the UK agricultural tax system and how these capital taxes can affect landowners decision making with regards to a renewable project. We can also appreciate any wider potential impacts a renewable project might have on long-term farming plans.

We cover the full life cycle of the development of a renewable asset from conception to ready to build and or financial close.

We have been involved in several re-financing of renewable assets and come at the development process on behalf of the developer client as if the project was our own.
