Peter Rattray MRICS

Peter is a qualified Rural Surveyor who has spent his career in Scotland with the Department of Agriculture then England representing organisations such as Vodafone, Drax and Telefonica on property matters.

Peter also spent some years in Dublin on network rollout of 3 Ireland.

At Howie, Kent and Co Peter focusses on land acquisition for wind turbines and for clients on battery storage and solar.

Peter lives near York on small sheep farm, and spent some time in Army Reserves in the Royal Yeomanry and where he was a Gunner on Challenger 2 Main Battle Tanks.
