Graduate Surveyor
Charlotte joined Howie, Kent and Co in May 2024 as a Graduate Surveyor.
She completed a degree in Rural Enterprise and Land Management at Harper Adams University, which included a placement year at a livestock market. After university, Charlotte worked as a Liaison Officer overseeing the installation of telecommunication infrastructure on private land for 18 months in rural Northern Ireland and 6 months in the Lake District.
She moved home to Shropshire in the spring of 2023 with her two Cockapoo’s, Nelly and Nora.
Out of work, Charlotte adores heritage property, sheep, trips to the coast, and walking, especially those that end at a country pub!
She is interested in fitness and recently crossed the finish line of the London Marathon, raising funds for the World Wide Fund for Nature.
