Sarah joined the team in summer 2019 as PA/Lettings Assistant while completing a Graduate Diploma in Law at BPP University. As Sarah learnt more about the property industry and found she enjoyed working with landlords and tenants on commercial lettings in the south-east, her role in the company evolved and is now balanced between managing the commercial lettings department and the office in Shrewsbury. Sarah’s background in law is especially beneficial when handling leases, keeping up to date with regulations, and advising landlords and tenants on their rights.

Despite being based in the Shropshire office, Sarah’s knowledge of Essex has grown immeasurably in the last four years and is now able to assist tenants in site-finding on various sites across the south-east. Sarah works closely with Jon Bartlett to advise rural landlords and provide good quality long-term tenants.

Sarah’s background is predominantly in Modern Foreign Languages, with her first degree a 2:1 BA Hons in French & Italian from the University of Reading in 2014. Since graduating Sarah has gained experience in European and UK roles in project management, IP translation, hospitality and office management. This experience allows Sarah to work closely with landlords and tenants from all backgrounds and understand and prioritise client requirements. 

Sarah loves to travel and has a passion for European languages and culture.
