Welcome to the team Becky

We are delighted to welcome Becky Evans to the Howie Kent and Co team as a Senior Chartered Surveyor.

For the last 10 years Becky has spent her career mainly dealing with Compulsory Purchase and compensation specifically concentrating on HS2. Originally from North Wales, but now living in Shropshire, Becky always had a career in surveying in mind. She combined her experience on the family farm and her Dad’s residential sales and lettings business in North Wales and Chester and went on to study at Harper Adams University.

Becky brings a wealth of experience to the role and is the current President of the Staffordshire Agricultural Valuers Association. Since 2020 she has been exam convenor for the West Midlands and Wales branch of the CAAV (Central Association on Agricultural Valuers) and has chaired the West Midlands group of the CAAV.

Outside of work her two Cocker Spaniels Pepper and Tigger keep her busy alongside a passion for running Ultra Marathons.

Becky will be focussing on projects for our renewable energy clients and assisting HS2 clients with the completion of the claims against the scheme.
