Harper Adams Land, Property & Environment Careers & Placement Fair 2023

Howie Kent & Co are delighted to be attending this years Land, Property & Environment Careers & Placement Fair at Harper Adams University taking place on Tuesday 24^th October 2023 11.00am until 2.00pm. The 2024/2025 year will see our third placement student join us for 12 months as a Assistant Surveyor. The job is ideal for anyone looking to pursue a career in the land based sector, especially if you have an interest in renewable energy.

Martin Bryan, Howie Kent and Co’s current student talks about how his job varies from day to day; “the best thing about the job is I get to go out into the beautiful English countryside on site visits and speak to landowners who want to diversify. We help our clients, the developer, find these parcels of land that be suitable for a solar or battery project. We then work with the landowner, agent and our client to make the project a reality”

Martin is studying BSc (Hons) Environmental Land Management at Harper Adams University.
